Order and dispatch
Order receipts arrive after checkout. Tracking follows dispatch. Contact us with the ordering email if a receipt is missing.
Size matching
Measure the device body, not only its marketed screen size. Compare width, depth, thickness and weight against the product dossier.
Adhesive products
Test surface suitability first. Clean and dry the area, press firmly and allow the stated 24-hour cure before loading.
Returns and refunds
Unused, complete goods may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Paid Club members receive 60 days. Opened cleaning fluid is excluded for hygiene.
Comfort and safety
Our products support workspace comfort but do not diagnose, treat or correct a health condition. Stop use if an item is unstable or damaged, and seek qualified advice for persistent discomfort.
