LAPTOPBITZ LTD sells the physical goods shown on this site. By submitting an order, you offer to buy under these terms. A contract is formed when we send order confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order before dispatch and refund the amount paid.

Deskbit products are non-powered physical workspace accessories. They contain no batteries, require no charging or mains connection, and the passive cooling stand has no fan.

Images show the intended product, finish and included pieces, but minor colour and material variation may occur by production batch. Product dossier measurements and load limits take priority.

• Measure the physical device body before choosing 13, 14, 15 or 16-inch fit.
• Use products only on stable surfaces and within stated load limits.
• For adhesive pieces, check surface compatibility and allow the full cure period.
• Do not stand on a footrest, riser or cable tray.

Deskbit products are intended to support a comfortable workspace arrangement. They do not diagnose, treat, correct or prevent any health condition. Consult a qualified medical professional about persistent pain or discomfort.

All website prices and checkout charges are in USD. Payment is processed by Stripe and may include PayPal or another wallet where shown on hosted checkout. We do not receive full card details. Import duties, taxes or carrier fees may be payable by the recipient.

Desk Club and Desk Studio renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Benefits apply during an active paid term and do not create stored value or points. Cancellation stops the next renewal while the current paid term continues. A Desk Studio quarterly product already dispatched is not refundable except where mandatory consumer rights apply.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk transfers on delivery to the recipient or authorised safe place; title transfers once full payment is received. Review our Shipping Policy for destinations, tracking and customs.

Our Returns and Refund policies form part of these terms. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Opened cleaning fluid cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective. We may deduct value for handling beyond what is needed to inspect an item where law permits.

Children under 13 must not use the site. People aged 13–17 require parent or guardian consent; a guardian should place and manage orders and membership.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer protections. Subject to that, we are not responsible for misuse, overloading, unstable placement, unsuitable adhesive surfaces, incorrect size selection or indirect business loss from a consumer product purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts with mandatory consumer jurisdiction remain available.
